The company commenced trading in August 1994. The Director, Mr M C Lewis had previously worked for Thames Valley Formwork Limited and associated companies for seventeen years. Since commencement of trading the majority of Thames Valley Formwork Limited operatives have stayed with Thames Formwork. These operatives live in and around Oxfordshire and frequently work away on major projects spread between Liverpool, Bristol and the South Coast.

Building and Civils works are undertaken with the proportion varying from year to year.

Over a Period of time a wide range of projects have been undertaken, resulting in contracts ranging in value from £2,000 up to £6,000,000.

In the Portfolio section we have illustrated a selection of contracts completed by Thames Formwork Limited which show the diverse nature of our business.

As well as Thames Formwork carrying out traditional sub contract work packages our sister company Thames Building Contractors Limited undertakes full package contracts to provide stand alone work packages often including design, full engineering services and the supply of permanent materials within our scope of work.
