Construction of a seven story car park on a full package basis, including design, and a six story 147 bedroom Four Star Hotel on a traditional sub-contract basis. Fair faced concrete walls to receive direct decoration where specified throughout the hotel, whilst the high specification was extended to the adjoining car park where again all exposed surfaces received direct decoration.
