The construction of a four storey high quality exposed concrete structure for Institute/Library Use.

High detailed fibreglass trough moulds provide a distinctive soffit profile with cast in downlighters. Staircase walls also were left as exposed fair faced concrete work maintaining the theme throughout this unique building.
